Andrew K. Knox and Company is one of the first “certified” public adjustment firms ever established. For three generations and nearly 60 years, Andrew K. Knox and Company has helped home and business owners fully and quickly recover from the effects of fire, flood or other natural disasters. Our team of highly trained insurance adjusters go through extensive training before being allowed to handle any clients insurance claim. A reputation for excellence is not earned overnight.

Art Bailey joined Andrew K. Knox and Company after a career of 25 years in the mortgage industry, specializing in residential construction financing. He is a graduate of Wagner College in Staten Island, NY where he earned both a BS in Business Administration as well as an MBA.

Art is a past President and past Lieutenant Governor of the Toms River Kiwanis Club Daybreak, a past Chairman of the board of directors for Homes for All and Ocean Mental Health. He is also a past Commodore of the Toms River Yacht Club, where he oversaw a major renovation working closely with Andrew K. Knox and Company through an extensive water damage claim.

Art is a lifelong resident of Ocean County, born in Island Heights and currently residing in Toms River. Art is a New Jersey licensed Public Adjuster, a member of the Professional Public Adjusters Association of New Jersey (PPAANJ) and an associate member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).
