With costs for even basic necessities skyrocketing in recent years, more Ocean County families are struggling to make ends meet. On October 12, 2023, the Ocean County Business Association held its 7th Annual Marty Aronow Charity Golf Classic which benefits the nonprofit CAREing for Children. The charity provides food and toys around the holidays to organizations that assist Ocean County families in need.
OCBA members, their friends, and colleagues enjoyed a beautiful day golfing at Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Funds raised were donated to CAREing for Children to purchase food and high quality toys, that were distributed in December to groups working directly with families.
